How does it work?
We create so many designs every day.
We cannot print dozens of products and keep a stock for each design created, every product custom made or in our catalog is manufactured and printed at the time of the order, after payment.
Depending on the product our printing partner can be located in different parts of the world so production and shipping times can vary significantly (all details are specified on the individual product pages).
Also for this reason returns are not accepted except if the product arrives damaged, ruined or the shipment is lost, in which case a new order is shipped.
If, however, during the ordering process you get the wrong size or color We CANNOT accept returns or exchange the product for free because each piece is unique.

The design you have commissioned and the product you have chosen can be included in our catalog as products for sale, 100% of the proceeds (after expenses and taxes) will be donated to one or more charities/bodies/initiatives
