Return, exchange, refund policy for products and services

Our services are all tailor-made, from caricature or original design and digitization of a photo contain and portray specific subjects and specific requests of the person buying.


These are digital products that are created in the moment.


Therefore, it is not possible for us to accept returns, and we cannot provide refunds other than partial refunds as appropriate.

Even for printing the speech is similar, our products (clothes, accessories, gadgets, etc..) Do not physically exist and are produced and printed one by one after receipt of the order also are customized with specific requests of the user and / or specific designs related to it so there is no possibility to accept returns or replacements, or make full refunds. 

Even in case of user error such as wrong size or wrong color, we cannot accept any return or exchange or refund any amount (Unless at our discretion).

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

On the other hand, in case of receipt of damaged goods due to transport or any damage due to the moulding machinery and if you promptly report us the damage (within 3 working days from the receipt of the goods) with photographic evidence we can produce again the requested product and ship it completely at our expense.

  5. Customized products

 

Please DO NOT send the goods back to the manufacturing address.

If we grant a partial refund this amount will be charged to the payment method used for the purchase, it will arrive on your account/card etc. within a certain number of days depending on the bank and institution you are affiliated with and you will find everything written on your statement.

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is sent.
